What the service is

Spuuun is a news-intelligence service. It reads publicly available news feeds and shows you the structure over them: which stories are running, which outlets covered each one, how much independent corroboration a claim has, and where reported figures disagree.

It does not operate as a news publisher and does not republish articles. Every claim it surfaces links back to the outlet that made it. Summaries and headlines shown here are generated by us from the coverage. They are our description of it and do not reproduce anyone's journalism.

What it is not

We do not adjudicate truth. We do not label outlets as biased or place them on a political axis. We show coverage and corroboration; the judgement is yours. Nothing here is professional, financial, legal or medical advice.

Accounts

You need an account to read beyond the free daily synthesis. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; please do not share credentials.

Free trial

New subscribers get 9 days free. No payment card is needed to start. You can add a card at any time during the trial; if you do, the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends, at the price shown when you signed up, unless you cancel first. If you add no card, the trial ends and you are not charged. Access stops at that point until you subscribe. One free trial per email address. Different spellings of the same mailbox count as one address, and closing an account and opening a new one does not start a second trial.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We will tell you by email before any price change, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@spuuun.ai.
• Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
• After cancelling, access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not pro-rate partial periods by default.
• If you were charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable for a sustained period, email us and we will refund you.
• Where local law gives you a statutory right to cancel or refund, that right applies and these terms do not reduce it.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape or bulk-export the service, resell access, attempt to bypass the subscription, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend an account that does, and will refund any unused paid period if we do.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The underlying news data comes from third-party feeds; if a source stops publishing or changes its format, coverage of it may be incomplete until we adapt.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.
